Before ordering, we kindly ask to please ensure that your sizes matches the size guide to avoid any of the following issues! 

Regards, returns and refunds, we first would like us to let us know via email what the issues are of the item with photos provided. If the item arrives faulty we are happy to assess the situation and can provide a partial or full refund regarding the damage quality of the item. 

We will always ensure to pack all our orders carefully so that they reach our customers safe and sound. 

If your order is delayed please give it 10-20 days for it to arrive as Auspost may have delays. Usually, if it is ordered interstate it should arrive within a week but it would be safe to give it 20 days before asking us for a refund or declaring it lost to us. Please let us know afterwards and we will get back to you after speaking to Australia Post to receive a compensation on our end!
